By the Numbers: Interest payments comprise 13% of the budget and are 3.1% of GDP. The orange Felon's plan is to increase debt by $5.5T so he can give tax breaks to the billionaires that fund him personally. How does this square with their goal of reining in wasteful interest costs? IT DOESN'T!
