4GB hard drive for a Commodore 64. Yep. Heckuva lot quieter now than when these were sold in the 90s…

Need a #MARCHintosh 2025 project? I have a batch of 2 tone multi color DB25 kits and assembled #BlueSCSI ready to go. Use MARCHINTOSH25-FREESHIP to get them in time! eric.scsi.blue/product/blue...

Got the 75mhz #Macintosh #Performa6205CD I picked up the other day from the #reuseum connected to WiFi with a @bluescsi.com and @actionretro.bsky.social’s awesome search engine for #VintageComputers #MacSystem8.6 #retrocomputing #networking

Check out this sick Mac I've been working on! Performa 6100 isn't amazing, BUT it has the DOS card installed! Also I upgraded the RAM, added BlueSCSI, and made a VGA adapter. Now I just have to figure out why the CD-ROM isn't playing audio CDs. (I'm suspecting a bad cap, nothing else seems wrong.)

#bluescsi v2 worked like a champ on this beast of a card in NT4 in my Pentium Pro machine. Needed to backup odd driver files from the [probably] world’s last working IBM deathstar.

I finally found time to revive a Macintosh Performa 475 I found while thrifting about a decade ago. After giving it some quality of life updates (BlueSCSI, RAM upgrade, CPU upgrade), I used Basilisk II to create a System 7.5.3 image, filled it with mid-90's software and booted the Performa with it.

Well not quite - It's for A/UX 2.0 and a DaynaPORT PDS card - tinkerdifferent.com/threads/blue...

Anyone have an A/UX system handy and a BlueSCSI wifi? someone found a driver for A/UX. Please test and let us know! - tinkerdifferent.com/threads/blue...

New blog post! This #bluescsi external SCSI emulator has been a trusty friend for fixing many old Macs. With a new case, and a bit of software cleanup, it's now even more useful! #retrocomputing #68kmac www.leadedsolder.com/2025/02/18/b...

Sooooo... In a fit of coffee-induced madness at 1AM, I decided that I wanted to get the Mac online. After much trial and error, and a lot of re-reading of instructions on the BlueSCSI wiki, we got it to talk with my router successfully! Next step: get the wifi running, hopefully.

I got a bluescsi for my vintage Macs and I’ve been having so much fun with using it on my SE/30. Look! It’s on the Internet!

@virtualvert.bsky.social hey hey hey hey hey hey look what I was able to get the work finally that I figured out I could use my BlueSCSI the media that I found for 7.3 also came with DEC net_OSI version 7.3 :)

The BlueSCSI in this 386 doesn’t mess around. The limiting factor here is the ISA bus on the AHA-1540CF, this 386 won’t let me go full bus mastering sadly! #bluescsi #dos

Watch Ron @ronscompvids.bsky.social and I create the world's first Darth Vader iMac G3, by installing a prototype black iMac G3 bezel from Mac Effects. youtu.be/PXuBeAN54Bo

I bought and built a @bluescsi.com for my Macintosh IIci, and I’ve been having fun using some of the last websites that run on Netscape 2/3, as well as connecting to IRC rooms and BBS servers :) It’s so cool having networking and easy file transfers on the IIci :)

Finally done with the Performa 6200CD. Moved off everything from the IDE drive and got BlueSCSI to boot correctly. Should be easy to add stuff now, and it runs a lot faster. Now I need to repair the SE’s floppy drive that won’t stop trying to eject.

Putting an old Mac from 1989 on the internet - not because you should - but because you can! Mac SE/30 128 MB RAM BlueSCSI v2 hard drive emulator with Pico W #retrocomputing

Thanks to @bluescsi.com great little device that’s working a treat with my macs 🎨🍏

This is a great utility for extracting files from BlueSCSI disks and copying them without needing to setup an emulator!

I posted a sneak peek of something in development earlier, happy to say the mad experiment works! #BlueSCSI with a web toolbox? Yes please!

BlueSCSI - SLI edition

Presenting the Apple IIc, Sith edition!

Our BlueSCSI zip backup station. Will be at retro events near you in 2025. Bring your zip disks for free backup 👌

Had no idea that a Bluescsi v2 had floppy disk image support too. Wonder if I put the key disk image on there whether it might kickstart the Torch XXX. Hmmmm. 🤔 The OMTI controller which the floppy drive should be connected to, appears dead.

Hey @sophierosemusic.bsky.social - you are the 1000th caller.. err I mean follower! If you'd like a free BlueSCSI v2 just reach out via DM! Hopefully you have some SCSI controllers in your retro devices :)

It only took a 68-pin/Centronics/IDC-50 cable contraption, but I got my #BlueSCSI v2 to do 16MB/sec on Windows 98 SE! Check out the test firmware and let us know how fast yours goes! github.com/BlueSCSI/...

Installed the new battery in my SGI Iris Indigo. Now I'm grabbing an image of the hard drive using BlueSCSI Initiator mode before I start messing with the OS.
