Mostly ambulance driver, occasional healer, constantly anxious. "Don't let it fool you into thinkin' you don't care" sometimes i try to imagine myself as carl's impression of frylock.

i'm sure it's fine i've been spending 70+ hours a week at the pointy end of american public health and safety and it hasn't had any long term effects on my physical or mental health.

I am, as someone who works EMS, privilege to human suffering, most don't know. There are two ways to go upon this understanding. I choose empathy and sympathy. Will I be perfect? Fuck no, I got bills to pay. But I choose compassion, kindness, and empathy, when I can and when I can't.

originally got uplifting. an attempt to be positive in spite of all of this. I delivered a baby in July. A highlight of my life thus far, something worth replicating for humanity. maybe i'll be successful in the lives of others, maybe i'll survive. either way is enough.

"she confronted soldiers on her street, ignoring guns, grenades and gibbering handsets. she offered them a handful of sunflower seeds. keep them in your pockets, boys." www.youtube.com/watch?v=sg_r... Just because someone isn't white, we ignore their suffering. Fuckin' America.

i wonder what the bac to replicate basic human consciousness is/

On Pickleball. 1) I don't get it. 2)Any physical activity is good 3) I still don't get it. 4) Incorporating any trend into physical infrastructure is probably a bad idea. 5) Suburban NIMBYs gonna NIMBY.
