Tasty late lunch in a cold, snowy day. My homemade spicy chipotle and adobe chili with cheddar cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro, black olives, and green onions. Paired with a melty, creamy, white cheddar grilled cheese sammie made with Kerry Gold butter (the best) and a wee pile of Fritos. Yum.
