The idea that someone thinks that the problem with healthcare in the United States is due to not being able to compare prices would be quaint if it weren’t so blatantly dumb.

I’m willing to be not a single person in this queue owns a share of stock, so why do we look up to the stock market to determine how the economy is doing again?

We have to move away from this notion of things being ‘disposable’ because everything goes somewhere and just because it’s out of sight doesn’t mean something isn't still about.

Politics is not a team sport. Either politicians do what the people who elected them want them to or they need to be de-elected (unelected?) but this idea of rooting for Democrats or Republicans like they’re the Knicks or Celtics is just dumb.

Bernie Sanders more and more seems to be becoming part of the problem. He’s continuing the Democratic tendency toward appealing to identity and particular groups in fairly superficial ways while ignoring the policies that would really drive people to support Democrats.

I watch a lot of #youtube and have noticed that there’s an entire Democratic propaganda network, just as there’s a Republican one. The problem is that they exist in a symbiotic relationship, justifying themselves no matter how damaging they are at the end of the day.

What’s the point of #chatgpt when you can’t really know if what it’s telling you is accurate?

Neil DeGrasse Tyson is smart though my problem with him is that not only isn’t he as clever as he likes to think he is, no one is as clever as he thinks he is.

If you’re watching the news – be it on Youtube or anyone else – and they call Trump’s administration a ‘regime’ they’re manipulating you. The word as often used implies a Soviet Union-esque goverment, which isn’t an accident. Trump is awful without trying to connect him (once again) to Russia.

Criticizing Trump is next to meaningless if you’re going to not acknowledge the role Democrats have played in bringing us to where we currently are as well.

If you’re walking down the sidewalk and not only moving slow but sticking to the center, blocking anyone who walks faster, don’t act shocked if faster moving people bear down on you. It’s not that they want to mug you, it’s that you’re too damn slow and ought to stop taking up the sidewalk.

I shouldn’t have to say this, but the Democrats aren’t your team or your friends. They're politicians there to do a job. And if they don’t do said job and are seemingly ignoring the will of their consituents, they should be challenged and rejected at the polls.

I’m already tired of people treating Senator Corey Booker’s filibuster like some type of weird performance art.

For some reason people seem to think that ‘Trumps’ appear magically from the aether when it’s closer to the truth that Democrats as much as anything else helps bring them about.

The notion that politicians should be given praise for doing their jobs is ridiculous. And besides, do we give the same reverence to the person removing our garbage or working at McDonald’s?

People are asking really really good questions tonight. This gets to the exact heart of it. He's doing it late at night BECAUSE no one is there. If he did it during the day, it would actually interrupt senate proceedings. That's why this isn't serious obstruction at all.

Be wary of scams. There are way too many people out there willing to prey on job seekers. Here’s recent conversation I had with such a scammer via Microsoft Teams. An important lesson I learned from this exchange is that you can’t be a afraid to question the authenticity of a dubious contact.

If you’re not watching the ‘Beautiful Boys’ podcast you’re missing out because Andy Haynes and Mike Cannon are very funny in a self-deprecating way (which I like). I’ve only seen two episdoes thus far, with Brendan Sagalow and Rachel Feinstein, and they’re great. www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLyf...

It’s disturbing how so many people seem annoyed by Trump doing in the open what most politicians do behind our backs. Our government was corrupt long before he took office; Trump just wears the venality like a cloak. #trump #politics

You’re not likely going to be a millionaire, never mind a billionaire. And that’s okay because you don’t need nearly so much money to live comfortably. So stop using it as a metric to judge yourself by. #billionaire #millionaires #selfcare #mentalhealth

I wonder when people are going to realize that playing a game of ‘My Favorite Billionaire’ benefits no one but billionaires and as long as they’re a thing, the rest of us will continue to suffer in much worse ways than we need to.

What the Democrats don’t understand is that inactivity/doing nothing is at the end of the day no different from active opposition. In other words, the Democrats are essentially passive-aggressive Republicans.

I enjoy true crime documentaries and those revolving around other issues though if I hear an investigator saying there's no reason for whatever I'm going to lose it because THERE'S ALWAYS A REASON and if law enforcement can find it, the identity of the perpetrators won't be far behind.
