Is it odd that I, sometimes, like to read books aloud? I tend to do this with authors whose style and cadence I prefer, like @guygavrielkay.bsky.social I found myself doing this with my recent read through of Mary Renault’s Alexander trilogy.

I think one big thing online people don't get about the TRUMP meme coin grab is that the normies have no idea what meme coins are, how they work or what just happened. 90%+ of people have no idea that he just made tens of BILLIONS off an unregulated money grab.

I'm far less concerned with the TikTok ban (it's a Chinese propaganda weapon) than with the TRUMP meme coin. I'm did the president, just before inauguration basically increase his wealth by $50B+ essentially overnight? It seems like a great no-consequence way for the president to accept bribes.
