I’m planning on calling Julie Won’s office first thing tomorrow about the change in traffic lights at Northern Blvd and Queens Plaza. The lights are now a flashing yellow and there are NO pedestrian signals!! We must now dart across four lanes of traffic at a busy intersection.

These vehicles belong to MTA/DOT employees and were driven onto the sidewalk and then parked on the sidewalk, impeding safe passage for pedestrians. This is by the 39th Ave N/W and 36th St M/R trains. The construction vest acts as a placard.
