Second chap from the 'Last Stand' Dark Angel diorama I painted in 1991 is the last remaining 1st company marine. I still marvel that I was able to get those black lines so clean and straight, something I very much doubt I could do now!

Throw Back Thursday, I did this diorama in 1991 when the Dark Angels had the 'native' Deathwing vibe going on! I called the scene 'The Last Stand' and had 1st company and 2nd in a last ditched defence against Khorne forces. Nice to see even though my Eavy Metal days are long gone I still paint on :)
