It’s ironic watching the Grizzlies and thinking, man, they could use a center and small forward like Steven Adams & Dillon Brooks. They really are the best complementary players to those 3 guys. I get why they got rid of both of them, but still, it's hard to see them playing at all with those 2.

I do like JJJ as a player, but he is the poster boy for NBA fallacy. If you have an elite shooting rim-protecting skinny big, you are a contender. And it’s more valuable to a winning team than a big that passes, dribbles, or has, you know, any kind of reliable post-game.
