This is Ash would most definitely like to inform you , that she has survived her yearly blood test, and how good she was that she didn't attempt to also draw blood from the vet nurse this time. And that she deserves treats. She certainly has been begging for them all afternoon.

At the Capitol Theatre, watching Shen Yun, can't say this is my "thing" it was a present for a friend. Political and religious messaging aside. The staging, choreography, music and dancers are all excellent.
