The TTS created a new issue tho. I don't think OBS can do an application audio capture for Python, so bootle no longer moves up and down when she talks, and I also can't adjust her volume independently

I did end up doing something productive tho. I rewrote Bootle so it no longer relies on streamer.bot* or speaker.bot.
The channel point reward is still handled thru streamer.bot, but I wrote a queue system and added the TTS to the script
