Just completed my the last of three runs on the 'Couch to 5k' program i started back in September. It took a lot longer than expected but the important thing was I didn't give up I won't stop my push for better fitness once it's done either Working my way up in pace and load next...

Prior Monday's resi-run, Alpha got me to gear up in my new Osprey plate carrier but I had to put my CBRN suit on first This was hard work just getting gear on, am I meant to do a 5k run in all this? This is ultimately what the training is for, so I got a small taste of what real soldiers endure

I was unlocked briefly, but due to the lightest stimulation my dick would not quit with its raging boner! Using ice to cause it to shrivel didn't work, but it turns out there are worse places to put ice cubes that does work 👀
