Star Wars as a setting, if you take into account all background lore and in-universe history, is an unintentionally Grimdark setting. thousands of years of barely anything changing in technology or society and then BOOM massive conflicts that change things up for a decade then back to almost nothing

Well for the first time in a few years I Reset the Simulation in No Man’s Sky. Definitely one of my favorite existential stories. I recommend the game to people who enjoy exploration sandboxes, sci-fi and existential philosophy.
