Not that anybody cares anymore, but Kamala officially got a higher share of the vote in Allegheny than Biden. Biden tapped out at 59.7, Harris gets that extra 0.3 to officially cross 60. Clinton got 56, Obama got 57. Pittsburgh rocks!...I guess.
