Too bad eggs are expensive or I’d be making more of these. The pancake ended up being thicker than it should’ve been, but it was mostly because I had a 1/4 a cup of flour left and I was like I’m not gonna just leave this so that’s on me. Kimchi, gochujang cream cheese and a fried egg.
