@jeff-merkley.bsky.social @wyden.senate.gov Do everything you can to delay confirmation of military leadership, and start signaling loud and clear to federal law enforcement and military personnel that they have a duty to uphold the constitution, and must not comply with unlawful orders.

It is time for Portland to consider a temporary moratorium on SDCs. The city isn't currently receiving any significant SDC revenue, but if waiving SDCs would make a few marginal projects viable the city would at least get the future property tax revenue.
