What is something tangible that you are willing to work towards for your community?

Is it ironic that the Federal administration’s policy seems to be “witch hunt”?

Do not try to rationalize the irrational.

For who truly don’t think DEI is relevant to you and yours think about it from a sports perspective. A championship team needs a diversity of skill sets (speed, strength, hustle, etc) that are found in different places. How you find those players is DEI www.triangletribune.com/news/2025/01...

Chaos is the governing philosophy.

What does conservative and what does liberal mean? This week on the #podcast we take a closer look at political labels in today's political climate with two friends of the show who love to debate! @braxtonwinston.bsky.social and Tariq Bokhari! #ncpol #politics podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/a...

My first job was working for Bill Belichick as a ball boy for the New England Patriots when he first got the job in 2000. The things he taught me have helped me be a better person everyday since then. UNC is lucky to have him.

I have been contacted by so many regarding how our campaign resonated with them. I believe an activist is someone who uses their platform to amplify the voices of others. I am grateful that our amplification of the need to defend workers rights wherever work gets done resonated with so many.

We need to have more community conversations about democracy. Folks need better understandings about the many democratic systems that surround us. These are different conversations than political conversations.

A friend sent me one of my high school football game tapes. I haven’t seen anything like this in 25 year! Great Sunday content!

Im been back to work doing shows with my @iatse.bsky.social family. I’m grateful for all the support they and the wider @aflcio.org & @ncstateaflcio.bsky.social have provided me in my career and campaign in support of workers rights for all. The work continues. I can’t wait to tell you what’s next!

This is my first post on this app. Happy Friday!
