❤️‍🩹 HEALTH UPDATE ❤️‍🩹 My Insulin Resistance spikes are back with a vengeance. 😞 Passing out after meals. Rapid weight gain. Major hormone imbalances. Drastic sugar cravings. Extreme fatigue. Irregular heart rhythm. Syndrome X almost killed me in 2014. Time to fight it again.
