I guess my naive hope was that Trump now considered himself the alpha in his relationship with Putin and he'd try to impose some kind of American terms on any "peace deal" he was crafting. Nope! Same story, he's back to being a Kremlin order-taker. SAD!

You've gotta hand it to Musk: when he paid $44bn for Twitter, it seemed ridiculous but he used it to cultivate right wing influence and gain access to Trump. Now he's in total control of the US government. Money well spent.
