Dove into the vinyl collection tonight and came up with this old one. A band that had some mojo, but never really had the chance to be themselves thanks to the record company. “Through with You” was the closest they got. #lemonpipers #vinyl

The fired staffers were tasked with making sure medications given to animals work well and are safe.

Taking a break from raging at the destruction of our democracy to offer my dog Sadie opening her newest Bark Box. She knows by looking at the package that it is hers, so we let her open it. Blue plushie for the win.

My career isn’t one that offers many awards, so this one from 21 years ago is still meaningful. I got this for starting a letter writing campaign to help save the CA Conservation Corps center in San Luis Obispo. Got 400+ letters. The CCC is vital to the community, and they are still standing!

I’m on the grant review committee for my city’s Community Development Block Grants program that distributes federal HUD funds. Reading proposals today. If funds are frozen, it will impact our community’s most vulnerable people. Housing assistance, food banks, and senior services. =Cruelty.

For my first ever post here, I’ll introduce my dog Sadie. She is cute as a button with a behavior profile somewhere between a kuala bear and a velociraptor.
