Tonight’s tipple, it’ll help wash down a paella.

Matt Frei, "Zuckerberg's Facebook drops fact checkers after Musk's X campaigned openly for Trump" "4 years ago today Zuckerberg kicked Trump off the platform for helping to entice the January 6th insurrection" "Now Zuckerberg has visited Trump at Mar-a-lago, donated $1 million to his inauguration"

Autumnal birches with the hulk of a snowy Liathach behind them.

Wee trip to Aberdeen yesterday to see the short eared owls who have returned to the same area for the 2nd year.

Getting some pics in the feed. Going back to some classics. This is from the Little River in Oregon.

Out from the cold shadows #Winter

Wow. As the vote margin is finally settling into its final form this really does add important context @lewisgoodall.com

Been trying to find a reasonably priced English version of this book but it’s out of print. The used ones are crazy prices. Anyway the English title is Edges, by Harry Gruyaert. I’ve had his Irish work book for a few years and it is brilliant. Two of the images here are from County Kerry.

Word of the Day, should you need it, is ‘latibulate’, a 17th-century verb meaning to find a corner somewhere and hide in it.

Musk is going to go for the Republican nomination in 2028 isnt he.

@celticbars.bsky.social 🙌🍀🍻

Some randoms from a wander around Dunfanaghy and Falcarragh in Donegal back in the summer.

First post, some infra red ferns. Shot with a converted infra red camera.
