Dear @h3h3productions.bsky.social, after reading @copyrightlately.bsky.social's post about your ridiculous copyright infringement complaints, I made this reaction video providing critical commentary a la Warhol on your video. I dare you to sue me too. youtu.be/GgjmmBcO71c?...

Indeed. IP was only ever justified as a means to an end & that end was solving market failures, not promoting social justice. Making public goods artificially scarce is never a good way of promoting social justice.

BRB gotta make a reaction video.

Who are your guesses as to who the three are? I’m assuming Ilan Wurman, Kurt Lash…but I don’t know who to choose for my third!

Another bullshit complaint from FASORP. Setting aside the fact that their claims are meritless, they also don’t & shouldn’t have standing to sue, as I explain in this article. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....

Give me a break. Even the government gets to decide what speech it wants to promote. Ask the NEA 4 about it.

I agree that this complaint fails to state a viable claim. However, it is also true that citations are the currency of the academic gift economy. papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers....
