I think Americans, blessed with relatively stable government for a long time, assume there is someone, some adult, who will step in and make things right before the President does anything REALLY bad. There’s not.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent. Opportunities are everywhere. Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

@legidoquigley.bsky.social I am T1D, started using SGLT2 6 months ago, no adverse issues. Planning on adding GLP mico-dose as an additional synergistic adjunctive therapy. Any T1D’s using this combination?? Would be most interested in your experience! Thanks!
