My original non-WoL version of Galen comes from a Noblebright world for sure. His homeland is still picking up the pieces after a decades-long war left both sides shattered beyond repair. Most folks are jaded and weary, and bad actors are trying to exploit that, pushing it towards a Gilded world.

Galen hates mornings, but having grown up in a caravan he tries to do most of his work as early as possible out of habit. Afternoons are for lazing about or exploring, and evenings are for enjoying the peace and quiet of twilight or spending time with friends at the nearest tavern.

As a born wanderer, Galen spends very little time at his apartment in the Topmast, so he's not very proactive in inviting people over. Even so, he does maintain an open-door policy with all friends. He's not much for home decor, but he does at least try to keep the place tidy!
