It's finally Friday. When I grew up in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, we would skate on a frozen pond deep into the woods. Every time we went there, we brought a potato. There was a man who made a fire in a large barrel, and we got sticks to cook our potatoes. Those hot potatoes were delicious.
