Based on what they're doing in public view, I shudder to think what they're doing behind closed doors.

Every Defcon one of my favorite things to do is to collect stickers. This year, I’m thinking of making and bring some to give out to folks. Been chewing on these two designs. Thoughts?

Maybe I’ll make this a web app with a GUI but managing infra isn’t something I’m super interested in.

Hey! I made this CLI tool that allows you to delete BlueSky posts older than X number of days with a bunch of filtering options. If you want to prune old posts, ByeSky may be for you. github.com/brianpierini...

I have a pretty cool command line based tool that works but thinking of making this an app to be more approachable. Web app seems logical but I really want the code to run on device and not on infrastructure. Maybe an iOS/Mac app?

I was lucky enough to experience the Gotham Club at Oracle Park yesterday, and it’s going to be tough not going there each game. The on-field access during warm-ups was the coolest part. The bars/restaurant was a close second. #sfgiants

It was camo hat night at the #sfgiants game and I haven’t seen any of them.

Dressing like a Call of Duty operator is so fucking cringe for domestic kidnappers.

But how do you get compromised via infostealers? Great question! In my experience it’s downloading software from sketchy sites (thanks to Google for pushing those sites to users) Also people trying to find free (cracked) versions of photoshop.

While it is important to have good password hygiene and whatnot. This seems to be leaks from info stealers and not breaches of companies. 2 factor, passkeys help with mitigation of these types of attacks. www.forbes.com/sites/daveyw...

This seems cool. Makes sense that Adobe would release a camera app. Def going to give this a go. apps.apple.com/app/id674259...

I think the NBA is the only sport where the finals seem to last longer than the entirety of the season.

Earlier I jested that the Giants wouldn’t let ICE near the park. Looks like the Dodgers didn’t either and that’s how it should be.

Love that we’re paying domestic terrorists overtime to kidnap folks off the street today.

Kale salad is an option for lunch but Chipotle also exists...

Gonna code an auto post deletion bot I think. Big fan of a rolling 6 month to a year of posts dropping off.

What in the Bay Area is this swing

And here we have Bill, fucking it up for men the world over.

Added the Defcon feed to my homepage, and while it’s meant to be for the security conference, I'm learning that people don't know how to use the actual Defcon levels when applying it to a situation.

Can’t wait to watch this guy tonight! #sfgiants Just so happens I’ll be at Saturday’s game and I’m PUMPED.

Having a bit of a hard time with the concept that if a guy in a police uniform who has a police vehicle shows up I should lock the doors and call 911, but if a guy in a ski mask with an hGH gut appears to be kidnapping my neighbor, I shouldn’t ask who he is if I don’t want federal charges.

I never get when people say this. If Apple customers are asking for something Android has had, wouldn’t it be in Apple’s best interest to implement it? Also, Android having the feature still didn’t get iOS users to switch, so what are we doing here? www.macrumors.com/2025/06/17/g...

I say keep it. I’m here for nostalgia nods.

Been watching the John Hicks live stream, and man, these cops are itching to shoot ‘non-lethal’ weapons. www.youtube.com/live/DZPgCan...

Took my 16 month old to her second protest if you’re wondering how we’re doing in the US. #nokings

Pretty sure I have this, but I have no idea where it is. cool cool cool. www.theverge.com/news/686084/...

"the news of my death has been greatly exaggerated" -BlueSky (probably)

I don’t think Apple leadership in its current state will do @gruber.foo’s The Talk Show Live anymore, and after tonight’s show, I think that’s for the best. Really enjoyed the non-guardrails convo with @reckless.bsky.social and @joannastern.bsky.social.

We out here. #WWDC25

Pour one out for the Apple employee that has round app icons in the internal builds to detect who’s leaking stuff. #WWDC25

Currently at the reverse psychology stage of troubleshooting an issue and watching the CICD chug along.

Power line fonts and new Terminal design has me ready to jump from iTerm.

Apple confirms that macOS Tahoe will be the last release that supports Intel based Macs. #WWDC25
