BTW, it's not a criminal action to cross the border without inspection. It's a civil matter as is everything else in Immigration law. T is trying to say it is. He's wrong. I've been on both sides of it being from the UK originally. I've been a dual national since 2008.

If ICE, as is being reported, are picking up allegedly illegal immigrant kids in schools, if under 10yrs old at the time they crossed the border, how can they be prosecuted as criminals? Generally at that age, they are not considered responsible for their own actions.

The transactional President. Simple fixes for complex problems, pay couples to have a baby! Why not fund existing social services better to make it more attractive from a financial viewpoint, to have a baby? I believe the average delivery cost is now $11k.
