We are watching the heat death of games media. I could not be more devastated. This industry needs a thriving journalist corps to hold power accountable. If you think you're better off without games media, you are sorely mistaken.

It would sure be nice to have a live video game news show hosted by a knowledgeable industry expert to talk about this Xbox price increase stuff. If I were a company that owned a bunch of video game websites and one of those websites had such a thing, I think it would be pretty dumb to stop it.
