When people say they don’t think disabled folks deserve to be supported by tax dollars, I wonder if they agree with tax dollars being spent on war, genocide & enriching billionaires? The last thing we need is more people hoarding wealth & resources. There’s no reason we can’t provide for everyone

1. Florida banned cities from lighting up bridges rainbow colors for Pride. So the people of Jacksonville did it themselves using flashlights and gels. They opened the drawbridge to block them. So they marched to a different bridge. The latest from S. Baum. Subscribe to support our journalism.

As wildfire smoke blankets Canada & heads towards many parts of the US, I want to remind folks about the importance of clean air If you can, get a HEPA filter or a Corsi rosenthal box. It’ll help protect against viruses & smoke If you notice you’re extra sick, especially after covid, consider MCAS
