This. Every anti-trans legislation will harm even more cis people. However, that shouldn't even be the point. We should also care about harm to trans people because they are people, damn it. And policies that harm ANY people being tolerated is very disheartening.

Cleaned my tacklebox that I'd neglected for over a decade. I can't say it's good as new, but it is as good as it was when I got it from a yard sale 20 years ago. I cleaned up the tackle I could salvage and got a start on replacing what I couldn't.

Phase 2 of my goth landscaping started today. I got one black mondo grass starter plant and 12 seeds. This stuff grows super slow, so it will take me a couple years, but I want to incorporate a lot more of the dark-purple/black stonecrop I already have established as well as lavender to offset both.

When a horror book group I'm in was asking for recs for horror romances, someone recommended Rebecca. I remembered how cold and unromantic and kinda shitty Mr. DeWinter was and cringed. I told them the only romance was between Mrs. Danvers & Rebecca. There is no way Danvers's feelings were platonic.
