RFK believes that he is one of the genetic elect and that it is a violation of the natural order to either impose on the genetic elect with public health OR prevent nature from taking its course with those who are predestined to biological damnation.

Two reasons its hard to get worked up over "we earned Social Security." 1. Those same people have been mostly fine with younger generations like mine not getting it because they bankrupt it. But more importantly 2. Everyone over 65 should have it regardless of "earning" it.

That's $30,000,000 LESS than they currently get. $600MM to the government to disperse as needed vs $570MM directly to the residents, much of which will have to then be taxed by the government to make up the budget shortfall even if they cut services. Math.
