Tonight was awesome. I got to hang with my buddy, Allie, my cousin, Alexia, and see some fun bands. All bookended by 2 great 30 minute uber experiences. Phoenix is weird, but also pretty cool.

The Canadian stereotypes are real. Hockey hair, mustaches, and friendly with “buddy, guys, and eh?” actually being the most popular words. I always expected this to be exaggerated, but it’s very real. At least in Alberta.

I decided to try cutting gluten and alcohol from my diet for the month of January. Halfway through the month, being alcohol-free is much easier than being gluten-free… but I’ve not really noticed any changes in my body or mind state. We’ll see how the rest of the month goes.
