Didn’t end up getting the VW. She was gorgeous and the prior owner clearly loved it (SO many accessories came with it) but it had a squeaky brake pedal that was driving me crazy — if that (known) issue exists I didn’t want to take the chance on any others

Going with a 2024 VW ID.4 from Carvana. It’s under manufacturer warranty for another 2-3 years, got a low monthly, and I got 3k more for my trade + saved on taxes. Picking it up Saturday morning!

Anti-crate dog people are insufferable. My dog goes in there on her own accord to feel secure when she’s overstimulated or scared. It’s the only thing that helps her separation anxiety when I leave the house. She goes in there by herself & lays down quietly vs screaming and howling when I leave.
