It's going to be a "combination ID/wallet" where you give it all your info and it authenticates you for all transactions and digital interactions also stores you banking information for seamless theft... I mean payments.

I am not sure the ~$100 tax break I am going to get is going to be worth it. Much rather that people that need healthcare get it, and people that need WIC get it, and people that drop the F-18's off the side of aircraft carriers never get anymore.
