I have anxiety and it makes me feel anxious for a variety of reasons. Most of the responses I have to everyday stimuli are incorrect. Now, I have to feel actual anxiety for real and it really puts me off balance. Like there is ACTUAL STUFF TO BE WORRIED ABOUT. I am so unhappy about this. It's icky.

It seems an estimated 3.5 million people turned out today. I have not heard of a single police officer being threatened. No national or state capitol building was attacked. This was just "We The People," reminding a nation what democracy looks like. Well done, and godspeed. #HandsOff

The UK government - ALL of the political parties - have a lot to answer for. All of the politicians for the past 45+ years are responsible for the current failure of the NHS to care for the people. They have been dismantling public health for way too long. It's disgusting.

This is such a great way to reframe being unable to participate in protests. You’re not “lazy”. You don’t need to “try harder” If attending the event is unsafe for you, then those who are protesting are fighting FOR you. Those of us who can’t attend in person will fight in other ways.
