Former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was arrested for assault on a counter-protester at the U.S. Capitol today. From the sound of the reporting, he is unlikely to be charged with more than a misdemeanor, and he may have been arrested merely to prevent escalation. #j6recidivismtracker

J6er Elias Nick Costaines, Jr. was convicted in Sept. 2023 of being drug user in illegal possession of firearms. He has begun a two-year sentence on the weapons charge, which the DOJ is also now trying to vacate under its new theory of an expanded scope of the 1/20/25 pardons. #j6recidivismtracker

Also remember name of Sean McHugh. He was sentenced to 6.5 years for assaulting cops with bear spray and metal pole. On J6 he was on probation, having been convicted of at least 12 prior charges including vandalism, DUI, theft and statutory rape. #j6recidivismtracker
