21 days later I finally got my index card holders (one has a broken snap, too. yay.) It went from New York to Chicago, to Wisconsin (where I live) to North Dakota, back to Oshkosh, WI (2nd time) to Madison, WI to Oak Creek, WI, to Milwaukee, WI back to Oshkosh (3rd time) and FINALLY to me. INSANE!
