I watched a few episodes of Shang Ri La Frontier and I don’t think I have ever watched a more nothing show. Like, it’s not even bad; it’s actually pretty good in a lot of ways. It’s just completely devoid of any substance or narrative stakes, which makes it pretty boring to watch.
