The Four Rooms, about a year ago or so, I was asked by @davidwichman.bsky.social to join him on something blindly & Im glad I did. He lead the meetings on topics regarding sex and the self impact from different walks of life. Can’t wait to get this book started & how it’s layered for the reader. 😅

I have no shame for using TikTok - I used it and created videos to teach new coaches/instructors on how to approach their programs. I planned ahead and saved the videos I wanted so that I have it for whatever platform it can be used to educate those in my niche work field and helped a few folks!
