I remember when I was a child I asked my grandmother why adults tell kids not to lie, but then teach us to tell white lies. If I ask for honesty I am not fishing for lies. Never lie to me because you think I am not being honest when asking for honesty.

I think that could be an interesting event that Anthropologists could do an entire study on. I've always wanted to see if something like this could work. To me it feels like an all inclusive protest that all you have to do is not purchase anything and show corporate America who holds the true power.

I am going to need some encouragement to stick to a healthy diet and exercise. My doctor wants me to drop to 150. I am currently hovering between 162 - 167. The problem I have is that I work from home and at my computer almost the entire day. I have an under the desk pedal device. Will that count?
