One of the things I can't emphasize enough – one of the, if not THE most consistent thing I see as a dating and relationship coach – that hampers men in dating is HOW MUCH MEN DISLIKE THEMSELVES AND CAN'T BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE WOULD FIND THEM ATTRACTIVE. ISTG that's like 75% of the problem.
