Most adventurers becoming casters over martial characters isn't because casters are stronger because they can still use their class skills when suddenly they can't grip a sword with their new paws and are too tiny for their armor.

A dragon intentionally leaking the information on a shrinking spell to kobolds planning a rebellion so it can trick the kobolds into 'overthrowing' its reign and keeping it as a tiny pet so the dragon no longer has to bother with ruling anymore and can just be pampered.

So I've been playing some Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 and just... Ok, with some knowledge I lacked previously now I have to wonder. How long till every party member (including Tav) from BG3 is either killed off or randomly turned evil and then killed off anyway? It... Seems to be a running thing.
