I think people who rate like that either without trying to resolve things or ignoring a resolution completely are just ignorant - their rating says more about them than it does you - there are things beyond your control sometimes and it sounds like you have done what you could to mitigate any issues

Have seen some people use itch.io and have gotten some both print and digital ones from a site called Lulu. Hope this helps give a few options 😀
