Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost island, is turning to a new generation of batteries designed to stockpile massive amounts of energy — a critical step toward replacing power plants fueled by coal, gas and oil, which create a third of global greenhouse gas emissions.

It’s a mistake to ask this question because it assumes Trump’s rationality. He wants to do this because it makes him feel powerful. He doesn’t care if the effects are good or bad. Indeed, the more destruction he causes, or the more people fear destruction he may cause, the more powerful he feels.

This is messed up.

There now has been established that some people are above the law. Wow.

Every business should be making a plan to protect their workers.
