This is probably a general aviation incident which are common (and increasingly so). News reporting on them without distinguishing it from commercial flights (the ones you take) is essentially clickbait.

The great thing about this video is that it's shot in Quebec — meaning this Cybertruck is legally required to have snow tires on. It has snow tires and it STILL can't move.
