So obviously all the CL spots will go to "big 7" clubs. Because why wouldn't they. How dull and predictable.

Luca Brecel is the Romelu Lukaku of snooker. Big, Bald and Belgian.

This season's strong EPL mid table serves to exacerbate inequality rather than end it. Yes, the big 6 reign of terror has finally come to an end, but the Prem is now full of massive spenders and promoted sides don't have a hope in hell.

So, losing to Spurs is a sackable offence for a Southampton manager then.

Oh City. Even as a neutral this is painful.

Is Souttar allergic to playing an offside line?

Missed the second instalment of City v Chelsea after a fuck up from our broadband/tv provider. just found out today's game is on BBC1, so if not for that I'd have been able to watch all 4. devastated.

You can really tell that Liverpool played 120 mins on Tuesday. Between the amount of minutes they've played this year and their acute struggles with injuries and fixture congestion these last few weeks, they've arrived at Wembley with less form, less sharpness and less preparation than Newcastle.

Just me or was Sarr clearly offside for Spurs' second last night? Oh well.

TNT commentator says winner of Spurs-AZ will play Ajax or Frankfurt, seemingly not realising that this tie has already taken place and Ajax were eliminated earlier this evening. Do your homework mate.

Souness, Keane, Neville and now Rooney. Four men who tried and failed at football management and now make a living saying bad things about Man Utd on TV.

Well, this has been one violent weekend of FA Cup football.

A totally unecessary corner for Plymouth's opener. The ball was rolling straight into Ortega's gloves.

Do the people who sang "Russell Martin, get out of our club" feel smart now?

I think we've reached a tipping point when it comes to the Prem/Championship gap. The three promoted teams are going down, and if Wolves pull away it won't even be close. Same will happen next season. The lower half prem teams are simply too strong. It's a big problem.

These turnovers from Bruno man. Crazy stuff.

-This must surely be it for Ruud. How miserable for Leicester. -Hell of a cross from Lucy Bronze to create the opening goal vs Portugal. -Turf Moor, prepare for Ike Ugbo unleashed. Bring him on! That's my Friday night roundup.

is that Vincent Kompany or Stevie G?

Ike Ugbo to score against Burnley next week. I feel it with all my heart.

I'm not sure what Man U would expect Mainoo or Garnacho to fetch. For me, Mainoo lacks the physical attributes to be elite and Garnacho doesn't produce enough G/A. I think £40m for either would be doing pretty well.

Eustace to Derby makes me think of Amorim to Man U. "Long term project". If you take over a club in jeopardy mid season then things can spiral out of control before you have time to implement ideas. Momentum & narrative lost and the blame falls at your feet, fault or not.

Ederson looks devoid of confidence. No sharpness, hesitating and making bad decisions. You can arguably see these characteristics in all of the goals tonight, plus the very clumsy offside penalty.

Bergvall and Bentancur are not combining well. Gaping holes in midfield. An adjustment needs to be made ASAP.

UEFA are 100% changing the squad reg rules for next season, for better or worse. I understand why they're here but this is just silly and doesn't represent the new reality where top clubs need enormous squads.

Amorim knew better than to take the Man Utd job midseason. And then he did it anyway.
