ONE GOOD THING! So today I got back into therapy after 3 months. It was hard to call to make the appointment but I did it and I didn’t cancel!! I was able to talk about my fear for the next 4 years and the stress it’s putting on my family and friends. No answers yet but talking helps!

ONE GOOD THING Been a few days- anxiety is a bitch. Was initially going to say no to my brother’s invite to chat but instead I took the call. 2.5 hours later and I have a smile on my face and warm feelings throughout. My OGT made my night! Little brothers rock!

My poor Kenai broke his back right leg. He’s always been a bit vertically challenged but we didn’t see him hurt himself. Poor little man. Surgery in his future. Vet put this hideaway on the floor so he could feel safe - he limped his way into it 😢💗
