Oh no, did I miss national bat appreciation day?? (I didn’t know there was such a day, but I will always appreciate a bat!) Life sketches of a bat that crawled into my shoe once in a park, and didn’t want to leave. I eventually coaxed it onto a bush so I could put my shoes back on.
