@wademinter.com my take away from the game was they didn’t quit. They just kept coming in the third period.

With 26 games left on the season and with the way the Canes have play at home and on the road they will end with 104 points if they stay at the same pace. If they pick up the pace a bit they could get as high as 110 points, but we will see.

Last the USA team played a great 3rd period. The Finland team at times last night tried to make the extra pass and they paid for it going the other way. If you want to beat the US team you better dump and chase and get the puck back. Finland tried to work it in and in today’s game that doesn’t work.
