(Said like Steve Harvey on Family Feud) "And the CBO SAYS.... [bing!] ... $2.4 trillion added to the debt!"

Go Bob, go. "Republicans are lying about Medicaid work requirements. The truth is that a vast majority of recipients who can work are already working. Work requirements are just a shady way to fund tax cuts for the wealthy."

Love how Republican Senator Mullen from Oklahoma keep saying: "What WAS we ranked nationally in math and reading in 1979..." Kinda says it all.

SB46 passed Louisiana’s House with a vote of 58-32. Sigh.

I was working on a new flying video and came across this image which I kinda love. This is on approach into the airport at Hickory, North Carolina. The ballpark, mountains, green trees... strange alien markings on the parking lot pavement...

Just saw this. "Stephanopoulos cracked the seal on 'This Week' connecting the dots between Trump’s pardons and presidential fundraisers, suggesting Trump and his family were making millions through various pay-to-play schemes."

Photo of the day. We decided to run up to South Dakota last week to get a look in person before the parks close permanently... or some 🌮 tries to change it. Enjoy!

New 🍊 nickname is TACO. Check out what it stands for. (It'd be even cooler if we figured out that he chickens out on his tariff plans on Tuesdays because... well, you know.)

I guess we already knew this president is for sale -- and relatively cheap, at that -- but everytime I read this crap I wonder how any self-respecting American voted for him.

FYI: When the GOP says their budget simply kicks "illegals" off Medicaid, they're lying. They're actually kicking off 10 million poor folks—and kids from CHIP. Undocumented immigrants don't get Medicaid; they can get state-funded healthcare from some states, but GOP is trying to stop that, too.

The real story in this WSJ piece is that there’s some dipstick at the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty worried sick about kids understanding gender and justice.

Big story from the home team. “Kasper has never been charged with or convicted of any crime. He has not been accused of being a member of MS-13 or Tren de Aragua.”

Call your senator. Get this out of the bill. Rule of law. www.senate.gov/senators/sen...

Just in case anyone needs more evidence that Elmo needs less influence over our lives... even Grok was turning on him until it was throttled.

Read and share.

At what point do you realize you're being played? CNBC: "Elon Musk’s America PAC didn’t keep its promise to pay swing state voters who signed a pro-Trump petition ahead of the 2024 election, and who enlisted others to do the same, a new lawsuit alleges."

Dan Rather: "If 'invaders,' aka immigrants, can be taken into custody without due process — no charges, no lawyer, no court appearances — what is to stop Trump from doing it to anyone he deems a threat? Perceived political enemies? Lawyers? Journalists?"

"[8 of the world's top 10 most valuable companies are in the US.] Research funded by the federal government has paved the way for a long list of breakthroughs... Yet rather than building on this foundation, [Trump] is determined to destroy it." - Scott Galloway www.profgalloway.com/brain-drain/

Aged like fine whine.

The War on Math. "Bondi overstated the impact of drug seizures, claiming that they had saved the lives of more than half of all Americans."

"Griffin’s concession comes after a federal judge Monday ordered the state to certify Riggs’ election victory. The federal court order effectively halted Griffin’s ongoing efforts to overturn the election and disenfranchise thousands of voters."

"[RFK Jr.] has minimized the risk COVID-19 poses to kids and exaggerated the risk of the vaccine, incorrectly claiming that the shot poses a 'profound risk' to children."

HuffPost: “Trump has long held up IQ as the be-all, end-all measure of self-worth. (He’s equally obsessed with ‘good genes,’ and others’ ― usually migrants’ ― ‘bad genes.’) But when he’s claiming a critic is a ‘low-IQ person’ or ‘individual,’ it’s usually a Black woman he’s targeting.”

CNBC: "An exports slide that began in early 2025 has reached most ports across the U.S. and nearly all export market products as the trade impact of President Trump’s tariffs worsens, with agriculture the hardest hit." Me: "Maybe I really should stock up on toilet paper."

Rep: Bennie Thompson: “[Trump's] budget request would inflict enormous harm on the country and our homeland security. Not only does it call for extreme cuts [to] FEMA, CISA, and TSA, but when the administration tries to justify these cuts it has to resort to lies..." 1/4

I do love the "Trump-appointed judge rules" part of the headline. From the ruling: "... the historical record renders clear that the President’s invocation of the AEA through the Proclamation exceeds the scope of the statute and is contrary to the plain, ordinary meaning of the statute’s terms."

I used to love me some Radio Shack. Not that it was rational, but there were some toys in there. ;)

As they should. And still should. The company has a lot of promise but that promise is squelched by being tethered to MAGA.

"Last week, Trump claimed that he had already cut deals with 200 nations around the world—five more countries than actually exist."

Wall Street Journal, people: "[His] trade policies, of which Americans disapprove by wide margins, have damaged his reputation as an effective economic manager. [74] percent believe his tariffs will raise prices, and [50% reject] his assertion that the short-term pain will yield long-term gains."

If you're a tennis player or tennis fan you'll recognize Q1 2025's economy as what's termed an "unforced error." Social media fans might call it a "self-own." MAGA calls it "winning?"

Dems tried 34 amendments that GOP reps voted DOWN today in the Homeland Security reconciliation bill, including: - To prohibit deporting U.S. citizens - To prohibit deporting U.S. citizen children, including those with cancer - To prohibit deporting U.S. citizens to foreign prisons 1/4

I know not many of my followers are here for the flying, but just in case, I've got a new video up. Enjoy! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kj61...

At 100 Days... only 37% of Americans say the U.S. economy is stronger. "More Americans say that, compared with the Biden administration, the Trump administration’s policies have made the U.S. economy weaker (49%) rather than stronger (37%). Another 13% say there is not much difference."

🍊claims eggs are down and gas is under $2. Solve this: "HE L_ED." ("Pat, I'll take an 'i.'") "As of March, the most recent data available, the average retail price of eggs was up, not down. And there are no states where the price of gasoline has dipped below $2. The national average is $3.11."

CNBC: "Just 37% of Americans approve of President Donald Trump’s handling of the economy, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos survey, lower than at any point during his first term."

I don't get this critcism. If you watch the "damning video" you see a ton of staff getting off the plane with @aoc.bsky.social and @sanders.senate.gov. You can't host a rock concert with two people and a karaoke mic. They have a team and they're crisscrossing the West. Where's the beef?

"The Department of Homeland Security posted online an order of protection that Jennifer Vasquez Sura had sought... that order contained Vasquez Sura’s home address, unredacted. 'I don’t feel safe when the government posts my address, the house where my family lives...I’m scared for my kids.'"

The three-month S&P 500 chart corresponds almost perfectly to inauguration day through today. If dumb was a squiggly line, it might look something like this.

Been saying this for a while now. Musk is Tesla's biggest problem. It's a publicly traded corporation. Time for the board to act.
